低买高卖从来是投资的不二法则，但运用在房地产投资上则不然，因为高企的房价实在违背了这条金科玉律，所以Desa ParkCity发展公司Perdana ParkCity有限公司前任总执行长Lee Liam Chye奉劝购屋者别等了，应该要“高买、更高卖”！他在受邀担任TheEdgeProperty的“名人早餐会谈”主讲人时表示：“无可否认，在发展已臻成熟的城镇如Desa ParKCity，房价已经居高难下，低买高卖的时代已经过去，因此，购屋者应该要看好时机，高买、更高卖！” 他补充，房价将跟随建材与发展成本走扬，即使在目前的疲软时期增幅放缓，但房价在经历低潮后，将在下一轮涨势中大幅攀扬。与其等待价格下跌，他奉劝购屋者应把焦点放在房屋的潜在资本增值上，而不只是目前的售价，因为一旦市况转晴，过度专注售价的投资者就会错失良机。综观大市，Lee认为，房市行情会因内外因素的影响而继续走缓，但预计行情将在明年下半年后改善。谈到Desa ParkCity的未来发展时，他透露，公司计划为中等收入的单身人士、情侣或丁克族（Dink，未有子女的双薪夫妇）推介可负担价位的精巧公寓计划。不过，他也强调可负担房产的意思并不是低价房产，而是针对特定收入阶层所推介的可负担价位房产。根据初步概念，该公司计划推出面积约为500平方尺的精巧公寓，单位格局分别是一间和两间卧室。另外，Lee也表示，随着人口老化，终身社区的设立也日趋重要。因此，他也考虑针对乐龄人士推介独立住宅单位（Independent Living Unit），让老年人可以在跨代社区自由活动，并可享有完善的医疗照料。原文已刊登于2016年11月11日TheEdgeProperty.
