FGV suit against Isa Samad, Emir Mavani: Defendants object to witness statement

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 24): The defence lawyer in FGV Holdings Bhd's civil suit against its former chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad (pictured) and ex-president and group chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Emir Mavani Abdullah said both defendants objected to the admissibility of plaintiff witness Zalily Mohamed Zaman Khan's evidence in the case, claiming that she has no direct or personal knowledge of the facts of the trial.

Guan Eng claims trial to two charges of misappropriation of property
