Paragon Globe said its wholly-owned Paragon Business Hub Sdn Bhd (PBHSB) has inked a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Bridge Data Centres Malaysia, which is primarily involved in the provision of infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and related activities.

"Our Johor Bahru office underscores our commitment to growth and confidence in the Southern [Peninsular] Malaysia property market," said Nawawi Tie Leung Property Consultants managing director Eddy Wong.

The land is situated right next to the land area that Paragon Globe has been accumulating over the past few months.

In February this year, CLMT acquired three prime freehold ready-built factories in Nusajaya Tech Park in Iskandar Malaysia from Nusajaya Tech Park Sdn Bhd for a total RM27 million, marking the trust's entry into the industrial market, as it diversified its geographical footprint to Johor.

In a joint statement on Friday, the companies said that the project is related to phase three of Arden @ One Bukit Senyum, which is slated to launch in the fourth quarter of 2024, with construction expected to be completed within 48 months.
