KUALA LUMPUR (July 9):  The deadline for Prasarana Malaysia Bhd and Singapore’s SMRT Corp Ltd to create a joint-venture company to operate the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link has been missed, Singapore’s transport minister Khaw Boon Wan has been reported as saying.
