The assets — previously owned by a 50:50 joint venture with a Japanese consortium — consolidates Sime Darby Property’s ownership of the logistics assets, the company said in a statement.

JUMPA @ Elmina Valley, a multi-storey commercial development 500 metres from Elmina City Centre, achieved a 100% take-up rate within a day, while Kanopi, the first phase of serviced apartments within Elmina City Centre, recorded 70% take-up upon launch.
“We like quality assets, especially spaces that we are very familiar with,” said group managing director Datuk Seri Azmir Merican.
The strong sales in the first nine months helped lift Sime Darby Property's cumulative net profit and revenue to record highs.
Through self-consumption via BESS, residents can enjoy significant energy savings and increased independence from the grid, with savings varying based on installed capacity and household consumption.
The project, which has a gross development value of RM299 million, offers 449 units spread across a 36-storey tower.
