The new entity currently has nine ongoing residential developments in Singapore, comprising 4,937 units with an attributable gross development value (GDV) of S$4.
“This partnership is already taking shape on the ground,” says Gan, highlighting three companies that are looking to tap into the JS-SEZ.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke also reiterated that the government intends to proceed with the HSR project only through private sector-led investment, without direct government funding.
