PUTRAJAYA (Jan 29): Come Tuesday (Feb 2), traffic offenders in Shah Alam or Selangor can plead guilty in front of their computers without physically coming to the Magistrate's Court with the implementation of the e-PG (electronic pleading guilty) application.
