KUALA LUMPUR: Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd has unveiled its low-rise luxury condominium project Madge Mansions on Jalan U-Thant in Ampang that features a unique personalised butler service known as “At Your Service”.

“We like to take innovative approaches to our projects. At Your Service adds value to living at Madge Mansions whilst playing tribute to the rich heritage and history of the neighbourhood,” said Chow Chee Wah, managing director of Gamuda Land, a unit of Gamuda Bhd.

For decades, the area was home to generations of tycoons, diplomats and dignitaries in mansions where live-in butlers were commonplace.

Chow added that the developer will work with third party professionals and consultants who will engage the right people to meet residents’ needs such as offering chauffeur, chef, personal shopper, executive assistant and housekeeper services.

With a gross development value of RM320 million, the Madge Mansions offers 52 units in three 10-storey towers. There are four cabana-type units with built-up areas of 3,498 to 4,919 sq ft; six duplex penthouses with sizes ranging from 7,287 to 8,396 sq ft; and 42 standard units of 3,950 to 4,607 sq ft.

Targeted at high net worth individuals, the units carry a price tag of RM4.96 million to RM11.33 million or an average RM1,320 psf. The project sits on a 2.16-acre (0.87ha) freehold site.

Each unit is fully furnished by interior architects Geoffrey Thomas & Associates, and features designer fittings. Buyers can choose from a menu of selected furniture and furnishing.

“Our buyers are likely to be captains of industries and global citizens who value priceless luxuries like personalisation, detailed service and most importantly, time,” Chow said at the official launch of the project and At Your Service at the Madge Mansions show gallery in Bangsar yesterday.

Chow said the developer partnered Suen Jewellers to open its show gallery next to Suen’s boutique on Jalan Maarof in Bangsar as the profile of Bangsar’s residents and shoppers fits the target market for Madge Mansions.

“Our property gallery is a manifestation of Madge Mansions that fits very nicely with Suen’s Jalan Maarof establishments,” Chow said.

“Suen Jewellers’ diamond boutique provides adornments for the individual. Further down the street is the exquisite French crystal home adornment brands Lalique and Daum while Madge Mansions’ gallery is the ‘dream home’ that houses it all.”
