Setia International Centre launched

THE newly-launched Setia International Centre (SIC) on the KL Eco City site in Kuala Lumpur by S P Setia Bhd will offer investors the opportunity to view the group's local and international investment-grade products under one roof.

The launch on Nov 28 was officiated at by Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik.

President and CEO of S P Setia Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said SIC also acts as a local service centre for the group's overseas property investors.

"Here at the SIC, they can compare and contrast multiple investment opportunities available to them based on their specific property needs or investment criteria. For Malaysians seeking to purchase overseas properties, we offer them an opportunity to invest abroad with a home-based developer they are familiar with. For our international customers, we hope that when they visit the SIC, they will be attracted to the many investment-grade products, such as the KL Eco City, we can offer them in Malaysia," he added.

The RM6 billion KL Eco City is an integrated green mixed-use JV development with Kuala Lumpur City Hall.

The 25-acre KLEC comprises three million sq ft of residential units, 3.6 million sq ft of office space and a 4-storey retail podium.
