Sunsuria Bhd has announced its collaboration with Affin Bank’s Home Step Fast/-i campaign to offer homebuyers a lifestyle ownership programme with a financing solution that allows them to pay a lower instalment for the first five years

The campaign, which runs until July 31, will offer sale promotion deals, including free memorandum of transfer, an interest-free period until December this year and 100% financing from Maybank Islamic’s HouzKey programme. Selected units will also be fitted with free kitchen cabinets.

During the event, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said: “The recovering economy will help drive the property market, thus we remain optimistic that there will be demand for the second phase.
