MACC summons Ahmad Zahid for questioning on Wednesday — report

The report said in July, Ahmad Zahid was questioned twice by the MACC on two matters — the use of funds from welfare foundation Yayasan Akal Budi to clear credit card debts and his claim that he met representatives of the Saudi royal family member who purportedly channelled RM2.6 billion into former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak's personal bank accounts.

Update: MMC-Gamuda no longer contractor for MRT2 underground job

"All unfinished underground work will be retendered out through an international open tender process. This decision was made after considering that the federal government can achieve further significant savings by retendering the underground work package compared with the offer made by the existing contractor," said Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng in a statement today.
