S P Setia Bhd's unit Setia EcoHill Sdn Bhd is seeking an additional RM75 million to finance the development a clubhouse and an international school at its Semenyih property development project.

MMC Gamuda KVMRT (T) Sdn Bhd (MGKT) has bagged the largest work package for the construction of the MRT Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) Line, also known as MRT2, valued at RM15.47 billion.

Tang Mun Kian, Desmond Phang and Bernard Chong are the trio behind the newly launched local furniture brand.

Although Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has restricted approvals to develop new hotels, luxury apartments and office developments, the authorities will still allow applications for selected mixed commercial developments, said Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
