Polygon Properties founder Derek Soh announced the company’s expansion across the Klang Valley, with offices now located in Old Klang Road (HQ), Hartamas, Cheras, Kepong, Rawang, Subang and Cyberjaya.
The new structure, announced by the National Water Services Commission (SPAN), introduces a five-tier system based on unit pricing.
The contract lasts 40 months, with completion expected by July 9, 2028.
