PETALING JAYA (April 8): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) has marked the topping-out milestone of Solarvest Suites, a 34-storey premium office and lifestyle development located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

​ The project, tentatively named Residensi Bangsar South, will feature 374 residential units on a 7,235-square-metre parcel of land owned by Genland.

Under the deal, YNH is granted the rights by Genland Sdn Bhd (GSB) to develop the project on a 7,235 sq m land in Bangsar South owned by the privately-held property developer.

Unit layouts range from 812 sq ft to 1,180 sq ft, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom configurations.

The group recorded a net profit of RM73.
