KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 5): The Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) is in its final stage of drafting and is expected to be tabled this year, Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming said.

The housing and local government minister, and deputy minister are unchanged, with Nga Kor Ming, and Datuk Aiman Athirah Sabu respectively.

Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir, previously the deputy local government development minister, is now the deputy energy transition and public utilities minister.
