Paragon Globe said its wholly-owned subsidiary, PGB Desa Heights Sdn Bhd, inked a development rights agreement with Tropicana Danga Bay Sdn Bhd, a 60%-owned indirect unit of Tropicana Corp Bhd (KL:TROP).
The newly opened facility, which was completed in 2023, is twice the size of Insulet’s highly automated manufacturing facility in Acton, Massachusetts, which is where the company is headquartered.
The land is situated right next to the land area that Paragon Globe has been accumulating over the past few months.
Spanning 25,083 square meters, the facility, which began operations in October 2023, manufactures cable tie products.
Paragon Globe expects a net pro forma gain of RM68.
