PETALING JAYA (Nov 27): A total of 536 Extension of Time (EOT) aprovals were granted by the Controller of Housing and the Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government (KPKT) since 2014, according to data collated by the National House Buyers Association (HBA).

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 21): A focus group meeting will be held on Monday (Nov 25) between the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) and industry stakeholders including the Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers (MIPFM), the National House Buyers Association (HBA) and representatives from management bodies of strata property to come up with an equitable solution to the issue pertaining to flat rate maintenance charges in mixed developments, said Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM) president Adzman Shah Mohd Ariffin.
KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 20): The outdoor sports court of PPR Seri Cempaka public housing scheme in Pantai Dalam, Kuala Lumpur has been patched up and ready for a colourful paint makeover next week! The refurbishment which is under the Sayangi Rumahku campaign, also saw the court being extended by some 20ft to accommodate a futsal and badminton court in addition to the existing netball court.
