Court of Appeal grants Erinford injunction to Dhaya Maju in KVDT2 project case

PUTRAJAYA (July 26): Dhaya Maju LTAT Sdn Bhd, the company involved in the Klang Valley Double Tracking Phase 2 (KVDT2) dispute, has today been given an Erinford injunction which restrains Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) from taking any further action against revoking Dhaya Maju LTAT’s licence to occupy and continue work on the KVDT2 project site.

Dhaya Maju LTAT given extension of ad-interim injunction until July 26

PUTRAJAYA (June 22): Dhaya Maju LTAT Sdn Bhd, the company involved in the Klang Valley Double Tracking Project 2 (KVDT2) dispute, has today been given an extension of its ad-interim injunction against the Malaysian government, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong and Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) until July 26, when the hearing of its appeal is scheduled.

PUTRAJAYA (June 8): The Court of Appeal (CoA) has rescheduled to July 16 the hearing of an appeal by the federal government and transport minister against the High Court's decision to grant a stay to Dhaya Maju LTAT Sdn Bhd to halt the government's termination of its contract for the controversial Klang Valley Double Tracking Phase 2 (KVDT2) project and re-tender the job.
