固执拒缴管理费，住户小心财物被充公！ 近期已有新闻报道，住宅管理委员会（MC）不满部分住户拒缴管理费，拖欠管理费甚至长达数年，因此决定对他们采取行动，向地方政府的建筑物委员（COB）提报，以财物充公行动惩戒固执住户。 在今年4月间，加影市议会（MPKJ）COB接获Vista Seri Putra住宅管理委员会投诉，指10户住户长期拒绝缴交管理费，期间长达数年。 因应住宅管理委员会投诉，该市议会COB连同警员与搜查令，前往相关公寓，向拒缴管理费的住户采取行动。 这些住户拒缴款项介于RM5,000至RM9,735之间，为多年来累积拒缴的结果。 在COB官员以及警察登门拜访后，其中5户住户决定接受住宅管理委员会提出的分期付款偿债方案，因此免于财物被充公。 其他5户住户中的3户，则在财物被充公后以现金缴付欠款，“赎回”自己的财物。其余两户则没有任何行动，被充公的财物将于稍后，由拍卖师在公开拍卖活动中脱售。 MPKJ的COB部门主管Siti Rosemawar Mohd Sahi表示，尽管充公财物拍卖所得并不足以偿还住户所拖欠的管理费，但住宅管理委员以及COB所采取的行动已起阻遏作用，Vista Seri Putra的管理费缴交情况也明显改善。 Vista Seri Putra在4月间通知住户已经向COB投诉，向冥顽不灵的住户采取行动，在接下来数个月，管理费缴交率从原本的40%，飙升至78%。 虽然充公行动有其效应，但是Siti提醒，COB与警察并不会贸然登访充公住户财物，因为整个行动仍需要由住宅委员会主导。 在向COB提出投诉，要求采取充公行动前，住宅管理委员会需要事先： 1.
