KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 12): Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng’s appointed private law firm made a “big mistake” when evaluating the preliminary agreement of the Penang undersea tunnel project between the Penang state government and Construction Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd, the Sessions Court heard on Friday (Nov 12).

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 12): The Court of Appeal (CoA) has fixed Nov 16 to deliver its decision on former Penang chief minister and Bagan Member of Parliament (MP) Lim Guan Eng’s appeal to transfer his undersea tunnel graft trial from the Sessions Court to the High Court.
