None of suggested actions against Jepak Holdings taken, admits former sec-gen

KUALA LUMPUR (July 13): Former Ministry of Education (MoE) secretary-general Datuk Seri Alias Ahmad admitted today that no action was taken against Jepak Holdings Sdn Bhd, including lodging a police report against it, when officers and ministry discovered there were allegations of cheating and alterations of the contract it signed for a solar hybrid project for Sarawak schools.

High Court allows Najib to inspect seized items worth RM680m

OBYU awaits decision on its representation

KUALA LUMPUR (March 12): The High Court was yesterday informed that the prosecution is considering a representation relating to asset forfeiture made by OBYU Holdings Sdn Bhd, the owner of several condos at Pavilion Residences, where more than RM680 million worth of valuable items said to belong to Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, were kept and are subject to forfeiture.
