PETALING JAYA (July 26): Subang Jaya is a highly sought-after address given the abundance of retail and commercial, healthcare and educational amenities in the vicinity.
• Today, we look at price growth and indicative asking rental yields for non-landed residences in Subang Jaya.
• Today, we continue our focus on Subang Jaya by looking at average prices on a per square foot (psf) basis.
With few exceptions, existing condominiums in Subang Jaya are fairly recent, with most being built in the 2000s.
• This week, we focus on the non-landed residential properties in the well-established neighbourhood of Subang Jaya, originally developed by Sime UEP Bhd in the 1970s.
