PETALING JAYA (April 14): The Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) has urged all 156 local authorities (PBT [Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan]) nationwide to urgently strengthen energy planning and conservation measures at the local level, in line with the federal government's directive to address the worsening global energy crisis.
