对于很多人来说，买房是一件很艰难的事。大笔的前期费用和几乎长达一生的房贷，都让很多人对买房却步。 所以，如果出现能够降低买房的费用，任何人都应该好好把握。 在这方面，政府就推出了豁免印花税、低息贷款和头期补贴等计划，来帮助人民、尤其是低收入阶层和首购族买房。   豁免印花税 在2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日期间购买RM30万以下的房屋，有关贷款协议和转名文件可以豁免印花税 在2019年7月1日至2020年12月31日期间购买RM30万以上至RM50万的房屋，有关贷款协议的首RM30万金额和转名文件将被豁免印花税。 在2019年1月1日至6月30日期间购买RM30万至RM100万房屋的首购族，转名文件的印花税将被豁免 在今年初至6月期间举办的National Home Ownership Campaign 2019买房，贷款文件的RM250万以下的金额，还有转名文件的RM100万以下金额将被豁免印花税   Youth Housing Scheme 这个计划为单身或已婚青年的首套房屋提供100%贷款 只限RM10万至RM50万的房子 名额只有2万名，先到先得 在前两年将提供每月RM200的财务援助 RM30万以下房屋的转名和贷款文件将豁免印花税 最长的贷款期限是35年，前提是贷款者在期限到期时的年龄将不超过65岁 申请资格：25至40岁的大马公民、首购族，还有每月家庭收入不超过RM1万   First Home Deposit Funding Scheme（MyDeposit） 这个计划协助首购族在购买新房或价格为RM50万和以下的二手房屋时，支付10%或最高RM3万的买房头期 有关房屋在未来10年不能出售 业主不能将该房屋出租，只能用来自住 申请资格：21岁和以上的大马公民、首购族，还有每月家庭收入介于RM3,000至RM1万5,000   Bank Negara Malaysia’s Fund For Affordable Homes 一个由国家银行设立的RM10亿基金，旨在协助低收入阶层中的首购族，买到RM15万和以下的新房 每年的利息最高是3.

PETALING JAYA (Jan 31): With so much focus on easing homeownership for the B40 (bottom  40% income group)  the National House Buyers’ Association (HBA) has reminded the government not to forget about the needs of the M40 (middle 40% income group).

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 30): The glut in homes priced below RM300,000 is due to their “wrong” locations, reiterates the National House Buyers’ Association (HBA).

PETALING JAYA (Jan 30): The National House Buyers’ Association (HBA) has come up with a suggestion to fix the overhang problem of residential properties in the affordable pricing range: rent them out.

Arriving at the National House Buyers’ Association office at Kuala Lumpur’s Jalan Imbi, its honorary-secretary general Datuk Chang Kim Loong greets us with a smile and leads us to HBA’s small but cosy office where the organisation has for the past 18 years, attended to thousands of homebuyers’ grievances.

  KELANA JAYA (Nov 13): The Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) should take the initiative to work with the private sector to promote the rent-to-own concept or other alternatives to encourage homeownership without over-stretching the finances of individuals instead of increasing affordable housing supply, said Socio-Economic Research Centre (SERC) executive director Lee Heng Guie.

PETALING JAYA (Nov 2): The National House Buyers Association (HBA) has urged the government to take measures to slow down escalating property prices by raising the supply of homes in the affordable housing segment through  government-linked corporations, state economic agencies and  bodies such as Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA).
