KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 5): Property developer LBI Capital Bhd saw 3.62 million of its shares, representing a stake of 4.9%, traded off market today for RM3.748 million.

According to Bloomberg data, the shares were moved in two blocks. The first block encompassed 500,000 shares at a transaction price of RM160,000, followed by a second block of 3.12 million shares at a transaction price of RM3.588 million.

However, it is not immediately known as to who the parties in the transaction were.

LBI Capital also manufactures footwear from rubber and plastic. Its largest shareholder is Ng Tiong Seng Corp Sdn Bhd with a 58.57% stake, followed by Galaksi Sejati Sdn Bhd with 9.91%.

Its counter was trading at a high of RM1.62 in January last year (2014). It closed unchanged at RM1.22 today, with a market capitalisation of RM88.43 million.
