“There are some stocks available at this project now that demand and asking prices are on the rise,” Yap noted.

According to data from TheEdgeProperty.com, the asking price psf for this project ranges from RM371.90 psf to RM413.22 psf. However, no transaction data is available at the moment as this is a newly-completed project.
