IOI City Towers

PETALING JAYA (Oct 27): IOI Properties Group Bhd is introducing IOI City Towers, a Grade A office development comprising two office towers within the RM20 billion township of IOI Resort City. The offices are expected to be completed by end-2015.

Certified by Green Building Index (GBI), the towers are connected to the new Le-Meridien Putrajaya Hotel and IOI City Mall, overlooking the Palm Garden Golf Course.

“Office tenants today prefer to be in an integrated development versus stand-alone buildings,” said COO of property investment, Cheah Wing Choong.

The two 31-storey office towers offer a total of one million sq ft of net lettable area (NLA), at 500,000 sq ft NLA for each tower. Both towers have rectangular floor layouts of 16,500 sq ft NLA per floor to accommodate flexible work patterns.

Each floor has a generous ceiling height of 2.85m with premium ceiling boards, lightings, and raised floors to ease cabling management. Designed for multimedia super corridor (MSC) status, the towers feature dual feed power source and fibre optics.

IOI City Towers are guarded with security features such as visitor management system (VMS), lifts with destination control system (DCS) to ensure peace of mind for future tenants and employees. Each tower also has its dedicated porte-cochere, complemented by an impressive 9.5m double-volume reception lobby.

The towers are located near most major business hubs via interconnecting highways. To further enhance its accessibility, two ramps have been built on each side of the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) (from Puchong and Kajang), to allow visitors direct access into IOI Resort City. The township is also located near Puchong, Serdang, Bangi and Kajang.

“It is encouraging to see suburban areas drawing interest from the increasingly congested Kuala Lumpur city centre. Businesses are starting to consider alternative commercial address, moving away from downtown Kuala Lumpur to good suburban offices, as they offer more competitive rates and less traffic congestion,” added Cheah.

IOI City Towers are open for lease now.
