CasaView, Cybersouth, Dengkil
 

DENGKIL (July 13): MCT Consortium Bhd has launched CasaView the second phase of its Cybersouth project, in Dengkil, the company said in a press statement.

Spanning 40 acres of leasehold land, it offers 2-storey, 4-bedroom houses with a built-up area of between 1,959 and 2,702 sq ft, and a land size of between 1,400 and 1,800 sq ft. Prices start at RM629,800. 

According to MCT, the three-phase Cybersouth township development occupies 417 acres of leasehold land in Cyberjaya, and feaures a 10-acre park and a lake.

There will also be a community club with facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. Other amenities include convenience and grocery shops, kindergarten and childcare centre, clinics, as well as food and retail shops.

Also located in the vicinity of the township are educational institutions such as SRK Dengkil, SMK Dengkil and UiTM.

The first phase of Cybersouth is the 28-acre GreenCasa which was launched in April, comprising 418 double-storey terraced houses.

The township will be developed over a period of eight to 10 years.
