A place in The Enclave

JOHOR BAHRU (Aug 21): Pulai Springs Resort Bhd has introduced The Enclave, a boutique development on the edge of the award-winning Pulai Springs Resort in Johor Bahru.

The Enclave offers 33 units of semi-detached houses and bungalows in seven designs, with built-up area ranging from 383.6sq m to 606.7sq m.

Designed by Pentago Studio Sdn Bhd, the homes feature a dual roof double-layer brick wall system for cooler, more airy and energy-saving living space.

Surrounded by mature trees and landscaped gardens, the homes look out to the lush fairways of Pulai Springs Resort. Facilities include a clubhouse with a gymnasium and a swimming pool, a multi-purpose hall and a playground. 

The project is scheduled for completion in 2017 and the sales launch in October. Prices start at RM2.4 million.

“Foundation work is completed and 20% of the superstructure has been built,” Pulai Springs Resort property division general manager Lew Hoy Kong told prospective buyers at the sales gallery in the resort lobby yesterday.
