SD Apartment II in Bandar Sri Damansara appears to have gained the most, with its average price up 36.7% y-o-y to RM361 psf in the 12 months to March 2015. Also in the list of top performing properties was the neighbouring SD Tiara Apartment.
Land & General has another upcoming project nearby called Damansara Foresta. Units at this high-end condominium were selling for about RM800psf.
While there are numerous condominium projects in the pipeline, the high-rise landscape is still predominantly dominated by the low-to-mid-cost segment.
