The project will feature double-storey terrace homes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 10ft private rear garden.
The job, which involves site clearance, earthworks, piling, pile caps, transfer beams, retaining wall and a sub-basement, was awarded to the company’s wholly owned unit Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd, according to the builder’s bourse filing on Friday.
The scope of works covers the construction, completion, testing and commissioning of two data centre blocks (shell and core), a consumer substation, a water reservoir, as well as related infrastructure and ancillary facilities.
