EcoWorld merger plan favours UEM Sunrise, says Kenanga

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 6): The proposed merger between Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) and UEM Sunrise Bhd favours the latter, according to Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd, given that EcoWorld’s key shareholders would lose their majority rights, listing status and potentially their brand.
