According to its bourse filing, the units, located on North Gower Street in London, have a combined net lettable area of 6,248 sq ft and, based on existing tenancies, could generate annual rental income of £330,576 (RM1.
The sale was completed on Oct 24, Mulpha noted.
The Marshgate Lane project forms part of Gamuda Land’s plan to deliver up to 3,000 student beds across UK cities in the next five years.
The land is owned by E&O’s indirect unit, Hammersmith Properties Ltd.
