人物: MIPFM新任主席雷厉风行展开工作

自今年5月上任后,大马房产与设施管理人协会(MIPFM)新任主席Adzman Shah Mohd Ariffin丝毫没有松懈一刻,立即快马加鞭着手处理该会希望解决的三大棘手问题。 在房地产行业拥有约30年经验的Adzman,在行内是一个人们都熟悉的资深行家。他当初是在英国南威尔士历史最悠久的房产顾问公司之一Watts & Morgan的布里真德分行,开始他房地产的事业。 他在英国工作约四年后决定回国,并从事不同领域的房地产工作,当中包括发展规划、房产与购物中心管理、市场调研及顾问、营销,还有收购、销售与租赁。 在2012年,他设立了本身的房产顾问公司ExaStrata Solutions私人有限公司,并担任总执行长与房地产总顾问。 作为该协会2019/2021年度的主席,Adzman希望该协会能够为房产及设施管理人设立一个新的作业基准,并且确保他们提供的服务能够保持一致的水平,从而营造公平的竞争环境与保护公众的利益。 他向EdgeProp.
