KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 24): 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) had agreed that the valuation of the assets to be injected by PetroSaudi International Ltd (PSI) into their 2009 joint venture (JV) would rely on the latter's representation at "face value", the High Court was told today.
