Eco Majestic

PETALING JAYA (June 1): Eco Majestic – a township by Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) in Semenyih – has signed a memorandum of service agreement (MoA) with Telekom Malaysia (TM) to provide Internet connectivity readiness for its future residents, said the developer in a statement today.

Under the MoA, 612 units of Cradleton terraced houses in Precinct 1 and 588 units of Tenderfields cluster and semi-detached houses in Precinct 2 will be Internet ready – with up to speeds of 30Mbps – when its residents move in.

“The Unifi-ready new homes is another initiative by Eco Majestic in ensuring the township is well connected and ready before we welcome our first residents. This is just part of our ongoing commitment in adding value to the township as we prepare to hand over our first homes before the end of the year,” said EcoWorld president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah.

The developer expects other precincts to also be equipped with high-speed Internet connectivity as the project progresses.

According to the developer, the high-speed connectivity will be a catalyst in creating a vibrant community in Eco Majestic as it will encourage homeowners to move in faster and for businesses to grow.

“We want to see the township flourish as a preferred destination for all in the Semenyih corridor,” he said.

He also noted that EcoWorld is working on the dedicated Eco Majestic Interchange – which is expected to cut short the travelling time to Kuala Lumpur City Centre to under 40 minutes – by the third quarter of this year.

Future launches include its Harmoni apartments and Mellowood Parkhomes phase 2.
