KUALA LUMPUR: Masteron Group's commercial development called Sentral Vista in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur, has seen a 65% take-up since its launch on July 23.

According to the developer, the 20-storey office building has a gross development value of RM150 million with a total of 150 units up for sale. The office units have built-ups ranging from 641 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft, which are priced from RM950 psf. The total office building site is about half an acre.

The 95 years leasehold development is situated directly opposite the Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station, just five minutes away from the KL Sentral LRT station. The building includes five car park levels and each unit comes with individual air-conditioning system, ceiling boards and lightings.

An artistic impression of Sentral Vista.Masteron Group, which started out in 1981 as construction company Masteron Sdn Bhd, has since completed projects such as the 18-storey Menara Choy Fook On in Petaling Jaya, 145-acre of mixed development Taman Mas Puchong and condominium Koi Kinrara in Puchong.

The developer also has a number of projects in the pipeline such as a condominium in the area of KLCC as well as mixed development in Bentong, Pahang.
