Altantuya murder: Najib may file application to expunge Azilah's affidavit

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 8): Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak (pictured) may file an application to expunge ex-chief inspector Azilah Hadri’s affidavit involving the murder of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006 after the Federal Court today dismissed Azilah’s bid to set aside his (Azilah’s) conviction and death sentence, according to Najib’s lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah.

NFC's Salleh granted leave to appeal in defamation suit against Rafizi
