KUALA LUMPUR (July 7): Senior Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram (pictured) said he had never been found guilty of any prosecutorial misconduct, and that all trials he handled as a representative of the prosecution had led to evidence which was relevant and admissible.

PETALING JAYA (July 6): Country Garden Danga Bay Sdn Bhd (CGDB) has obtained leave from the Federal Court to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal’s dismissal of its judicial review to quash the award given by the Johor Bahru Tribunal for Homebuyer Claims to a Singaporean house buyer.

A leave to appeal to the Federal Court was rejected recently and the Court of Appeal’s decision that a Joint Management Body (JMB) is not allowed to have different rates of charges despite a development having different components and common facilities, remains intact.
