TNB scraps contractors' manually certified CIDB certificate policy in digital push

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 3): Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) said that effective from Jan 11, 2021, the Malaysian government-controlled utility's contractors will be required to use the digital certified true copy (DCTC) issued by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) for the Certificate of Registration of Contractors and Bumiputera Status Certificate submitted to TNB in the process of registration and renewal of vendors, pre-qualifications besides tender and quotation participation.
