PETALING JAYA (Aug 13): Binasat Communications Bhd has mutually terminated its proposed acquisition of properties in Empire City, Damansara, under an agreement requiring the vendor to refund RM32.

PETALING JAYA (May 16): Binasat Communications Bhd has secured a further three-month extension for the settlement of its outstanding cash payment obligations under its multi-pronged property acquisition and diversification proposals, pushing the new deadline to August 16 from the previous May 17.

Binasat said its 51%-owned unit Borderless Connection Sdn Bhd is tasked to undertake engineering works, equipment supply, civil construction, installation works, testing and commissioning works for the facility.
