Yesterday, the MACC said investigation into the luxury condominium and affordable housing project has been reopened and is now in the final stage before submission to the public prosecutor.
The items have been found to have been purchased by four companies owned by Jho Low's right-hand man Eric Tan, whose name was used as proxy to open corporate bank accounts, including the Tanore account linked to Najib's RM2.6 billion case.
