为了在贷款难度高企的环境中,帮助人民实现拥屋的梦想,马银行集团与五家著名发展商合作,推出一项名为“HouzKEY”的先租后买计划。 马银行总裁兼总执行长拿督Abdul Farid Alias在推介礼致词时表示,该银行在未来会把国内其他地区的产业项目纳入HouzKEY,让更多人民能够受惠。 “这个计划可协助那些无法支付前期买房费用的客户,并提供更透明的资讯,让他们能够计算出每个月必须支付的款项,方便他们理财。” 由马银行回教银行推出的HouzKEY,是大马首个由银行业者主导的先租后买计划。它已在11月23日试跑,但目前只开放给该银行的员工,公众要等到2018年首季才能参与。 在HouzKEY底下,参与者可从五家发展商——S P Setia Bhd、Eco World Development Group Bhd、Mah Sing Group Bhd、Sime Darby Property Bhd和Gamuda Land的指定项目中,找到自己喜欢的房屋,然后再向马银行回教银行申请先租下该单位,待日后有足够财力后才购买。 有意参与的人们只需浏览maybank2own.
